2. Boiled noodles
Boil the two together, let cool, and eat.
Do not ask me how avial is made. I don't know. My mother goes bare handed into the kitchen, and comes out with a vesselful of avial. That's all I know about it. I know how to eat it, and to criticise it. But I don't know how to make it. I only know to make Veg. Malabar Noodles.
